Emergency Aid Fund

The purpose of the Emergency Aid Fund is to provide stop-gap relief in the form of grants to any person who in any way falls under DFM’s responsibility for pastoral care and who, through circumstances largely out of the person’s control, finds themselves in financial hardship.

We understand that when we reach out to one another at any time, and especially in times of need, we build relationship and strengthen our community. Within DFM we have many ways by which we lean on one another, for example, meal trains, being held in the Light, support and clearness committees.

To this list, DFM can now add the Emergency Aid Fund to address financial need.
