Announce an Event on the Calendar

Please follow these simple steps if you would like to announce an event on the DFM Events Calendar.  Announcements submitted by Thursday afternoon will be included in the Calendar when it is posted at DFM on First Day morning and sent out by the official DFM email list on First Day evenings.  The Events Calendar will also be included in the monthly DFM Newsletter.

  1. If your event will take place at Durham Friends Meeting, you first need to reserve a room.  You can do that on the Facilities Reservations and Rentals page of the website.  Once you have secured a room, please return to this page.

  2. If your event will require a DFM Zoom link, please email dfmvirtualmeeting@gmail.com and watch for a response email.

  3. Please complete this online form: DFM Event Announcement Request Form .

  4. Watch for an email from dfmannouncements@gmail.com confirming that your event announcement has been added to the DFM Events Calendar.
